Masiello Employment Services, Inc., provides advertising,
interviewing, and job referencing. We process the temporary
employee's weekly check, as well as all related payroll taxes, and
provide Workers Compensation insurance.
Masiello Temporary Employees complete time slips
that require your company's approval prior to issuing their check.
Approving the Temporary Employees time slip certifies that the hours
listed are correct and that the work was performed in a satisfactory
manner. Your approval authorizes us to bill you for those hours
paid to the Temporary Employee.
The time slip is a three-part form that you are
asked to approve at the end of the Temporary Employee's work week.
You are asked to retain the third copy for your records. Please
return Parts 1 and 2 to our employee. Unless other arrangements
are made in advance, it is our Temporary Employee's responsibility for
turning in their approved time slip to our office. After payment
has been made to the Employee, you will be billed weekly for the
employee's time and Part 2 of the employee's time slip will accompany
our invoice for re-verification. Remittance of our invoice is due
seven days from the billing date.
As our client, you agree not to entrust our
Temporary Employee with unattended premises, cash, negotiables or other
valuables without prior permission from Masiello Employment Services
Inc.
Temporary-to-Hire placement is offered to all
our client companies. This allows you to utilize the employee for
a trial period. The trial period encompasses 520 working hours
after which you have the option of permanently hiring the employee with
no fee involved. Should you wish to hire the employee before the
trial period ends, contact our Staffing Coordinator for details.
As our client company, you agree not to employ
our Temporary Employee for a period of six months following the
completion of any work assignment without first consulting with Masiello
Employment Services, Inc.
